Booked whole package via Eurostar

I have recently booked both Eurostar and the Hotel Cheyenne via Eurostar as it was £80 cheaper than booking via Disneyland direct. However at the time of booking i was not offered any extra options to book such as dining plans and was wondering if it is still possible to book these?
