Just finished booking Vista Cay three bedroom unit for our vacation that begins 6/23. Thank you for your help here on the boards. Everyone here is always so savvy. I will post a resort report when I get back. Now on to more planning. Thanks again.

Would you mind sharing your rate? I'm considering Vista Cay for our Thanksgiving week stay and want a 3BR. I'm leaning toward the condos instead of the townhouses, because I really don't think we want to climb to the third floor every time we go to the bedroom.

just curious did you use www.vistacayrent.com ? (owners direct) or a company?

I put in an inquiry at www.vistacayrent.com and at winsorhillsrent.com I received many quick replies. We rented a condo too instead of the townhome because my husband did not want the stairs. I however, might have liked a little peace and quiet downstairs after a week of togetherness. I am the only woman in my houseold with 4 males. It was a pretty quick decision as we are leaving in a week. I'll let everyonw know how it goes.
