I have a co-worker who was booked on a flight to depart at 6:00 a.m. this morning, Northwest rescheduled his flight to depart at 4 pm this afternoon which doesn't work since this is a business trip.
Can he cancel without penalty through Travelocity since Northwest canceled his flight and rebooked him on a new one that's 10 hours later?? I'm trying to do it online for him but I'm getting technical difficulty error messages...ughh!!
