Booked through Costco, want to add ABD Escape?

Our cruise is booked through Costco, and we would like to add an Adventures by Disney Escape. Do I need to call ABD or Costco first to add the Escape on to our cruise?

Costco is your travel agent. I believe you must do any additions to a reservation through them.

I called Costco Travel, they ended up transferring me directly to ABD. ABD booked the reservation, but made note of my Costco membership number so I will still get the Costco cash card. I was told to call ABD directly for any questions/modifications from here on out.
