Hey all. We took a cruise last September during all the hurricane fun. We booked onboard to get the 10 percent discount for this November, but really wanted to take a cruise in May 2006. Well, now that I check, May 2006 is out of sight, pricewise, so I'm thinking May 2007. Is there a way to do this?

Can I rebook for May, then rebook for the following May? It seems so crazy.

If I read this correctly you are saying you currently have a cruise booked for this November. Since the 2007 rates will come out in late September/early October you can wait until then and rebook only once.

As a matter of fact by booking as soon as the 2007 rates come out you will get the lowest price possible since rates normally go up as you get closer to the sail date.

Additional Note: I just thought about this. Depending on the date of your cruise and the date of the 2007 rates being released you may be very close to having to pay the balance of the cruise so you may have to rebook twice, but that really isn't that big of a deal.

I guess I thought I couldn't do it this year because then I'd be within the 75 day period for changing bookings if the rates don't come out until October.

Yes, that is correct. I thought of that after the fact and added a note to my initial post.
