Booked Omni thru Priceline- anyone had bad experience with this?

I got a great rate through Priceline but am worried we will get the worst room or service....never booked this way. Anyone else stay here?

I have booked many rooms through priceline and have always received a fine enough room. They guarantee a standard room which is usually their lowest price. One time I had a view of the HVAC units on the roof but the room was great. In October I received the Omni Championsgate through a Priceline bid and we got a great room overlooking the pool and golf course.

Be sure to sign up for the complimentary Omni Select Guest program, at www.omnihotels.com

Call the hotel directly the day before to confirm your "prepaid" reservation, and to have them note your Select Guest membership number and any requests you may have.

I never mention Priceline, and always mention my loyalty membership card.

Most hotels try to take care of their frequent guests, even if they just signed up!

Championsgate is very highly rated on TripAdvisor!

I booked Omni through Priceline for our trip last October. At first I was upset since it seemed that it was far from Disney, but once I got there, I realized that it was actually a very short drive, and all my worry had been needless. It was a beautiful resort, especially the pool area. I'm sure you'll be happy.
