Booked Next Trip...happy, happy!

Just feeling very excited...I know its a long time away but we just booked next year's trip for the first week in November, including Halloween so we'll be going to MNSSHP on Halloween itself which will be pretty cool. Its just so exciting when your trip is actually booked and you can start looking forward to it...just wanted to share!!!

Thanks for everybody's enthusiasm, it's always exciting when you know a trip is planned and is going to happen. We were just there at the end of October but we always can't wait to go back. We've always gone in October because our children are/were small, but now our older daughter is in kindergarten so we have to switch to the first week in November since she is off from school. I was surprised to see this whole "Jersey Week" thing going on on the boards, didn't know it was that well-known. I guess it may be very crowded, huh Dopey Sharon?? Do you usually do that week also??

We've been there during "Jersey Week" two years in a row, and I thought it was a little crowded, but not too bad. This year, I wanted to see the Christmas decorations (which were GREAT, BTW), so we went the first week in December. Guess what??? I think the crowds were about the same as "Jersey Week", so I'm going in November again. Why lose a week's pay from work, when I can go when we're off? And the weather was nicer in November and we didn't have a snow storm when we got home!
