Booked my dinning...tell me what you think :)

Looks great and I also love your family pics!!!!!
But I would suggest a princess meal for your two princesses:lovestruc
The one in Norway you get to see alot of princesses which is nice but if they really liek Cinderella maybe 1900 Park Fare for dinner. The only one we didn't like on your list is the Playhouse one, food and service was terrible. Other than that have fun!

That family pose was a wonderful idea and it turned out great.

One of the best times we have is trying different restaurants each time we visit WDW, but we return to a few we really enjoy. I think it would be fun to read your reports on the eating establishments you visit and compare them to our likes and dislikes. (I have very few dislikes when it comes to food though).

We will be in WDW this coming week and we have ADRs at California Grill, Brown Derby, Boma at the AKL, and 1900 Park Faire, all new to our family.

Enjoy your vacation.

Thank you all for your GREAt suggestions!!!!

With the QS meals....I just put those on for the sake of having something written down. LOL I am very anal with trying to organize things, so those QS meals are for if all else fails. We will be going with the flow on those. Thank you so much for that reminder!

Also with the Princess meal.....my girls were never into the princesses :( What's wrong with them? LOL They never even got into Barbie and don't like her at all....but send Dora and the Bratz their way, and they are all over them! So that's why I didn't schedule and princess stuff. I wish!!!!

Thanks for the Pizza advice. I will take it, as we are pizza FANATICS over here....and nothing like bad, disappointing pizza. Thanks

And thank you all again on complimenting my Brady Bunch. Here's a story.....

Also, I don't think I mentioned this before, but we are not a big breakfast eating family. We love pastries, cold cereal, and such for breakfast, so that's why all our TS and QS is lunch and dinner.

The CM who booked our ressies said that it's best to use your TS for Dinner if you want more for your money, but I wanted to switch it up for the kiddies :)

YAYYYYY! I just got my Coral Reef Reservations! The only thing I didn't care or is that it's a LATE one ( 8:50 pm) but that's ok. With trying to book a table for 7, I'm greatful that we have been able to get such nice reservations and times I want with every other restaraunt :) I'm going to call Coral Reef to get the custom menus and the other things. Thank you for that suggestion!!!

We'll just start the day a bit later.

Now I'm feeling a bit sad that our trip is so far away. The anticipation is killing me now that everything is so set. Oh well. Dh said to look at it as we get to pack at our own pace so that there will not be a mad dash. I GUESS!!!!!!!! LOL

I'm a newbie at this so i didn't know exactly what restaraunt had the best things for kids, etc. However, I made our reservations today

My focus for this trip is all about the kids. Sooooo that means the majority of our TS meals will be Character....which they will be THRILLED with :D

Anywho...here's our meals. They directly correlate with which parks we will be at...so here goes...

Mon
Crystal Palace Character Lunch
Cosmic Rays Starlight Cafe( QS Dinner)

Tue
La Cantina De San Angel(QS Lunch)
Chef Mickeys(Dinner)

Wed
Caseys Corner (QS Lunch)
Liberty Tavern dinner

Thur
Pizzafari (QS Lunch)
Tusker house restaraunt dinner

Fri
Playhouse Disney Play and Dine Lunch
Toy Story Pizza Planet dinner

Sat
Boulangerie Patisserie Lunch
Garden Grill Dinner

Sun
Tonys Town Square Lunch
ASMo food court for our QS Dinner before our flight home

Did I select restaraunts with good food? Of course I wouldn't know as we are newbies to Disney. Thanks :thumbsup2

I love your pic of you family, so sweet..

Thank you!

I forgot to mention to the one who liked the pose...It was VERRRRRRRRY uncomfy for me to sit on my dh like that. That position HURTED! And she was taking forever to try to get the little monster...OOOOOPS...my son to smile. He just WOULD NOT!!!!!! But thank you. I think our photographer really got creative with that pose :)

Also are you on the dining plan? If so, remember you get the snack, CS, and TS for each NIGHT you're there not each day! The first trip I booked the DDP I made that mistake and had an extra meal planned! (luckily or not so much, we overate at Boma and were SOOO sick the rest of trip, and thus didn't make all our ADRs) So if you're there from Monday through Sunday, so that's only 6 nights and 6 days worth of food.

We are going in August.

And the CM told us that since we paid for the extra day at the park we also got the dining plan for that day too, as we don't leave until 9pm. I'll double check Monday

Your picks sound great. You guys will have a blast. We really like Garden Grill and Coral Reef. LOL  I also really like the food at Sunshine Seasons, but there are different lines for different types of food, so make sure you know that going in. We really enjoyed Cosmic Ray's for a CS--the entertainment was fun. We also liked Toy Story Pizza; of course, I had to give each child $5 to spend on the games as I waited in line. So, be prepared for the games, and for the kids really, really, really, really wanting to play a few.

Have a great trip. :goodvibes

I'm REALLLLLLLY thinking about changing our last day to Sci Fi. Do we have to have admission to DHS to go there? We don't have park hopper passes, so I was wondering how that would work. I'm kinda thinking changing our last day to park hopper ( I know there's an additional fee) so that we can hit everything for the last day, not just go to one park.

So tell me....can I get into Sci Fi if I want our las day to be spent a MK? If we can't can you recommend your faves at MK....one that the kids will love. Thanks in advance :)

No if you don't have park hoppers you cannot go into a park to eat unless you use that days admission to go to that park. Park hoppers run about $50 per ticket so not worth buying if you only plan on using it that one day. You get the dinning plan for each NIGHT of your stay not day, I hope a CM didn't confuse you. So if you are spending 5 nights at your hotel you get 5 days worth of meals. Hope you have a wonderful trip.
