Booked my Dec trip just now and got everything I wanted.

Booked via DU travel

Animal kingdom resort for two nights Dec 14-15th. Booked standard room but last time we got bumped to the savanna so we'll see.
Dinner at Boma 7pm
Hoop dee doo Cat 1 dinner 7pm
Coral Reef 12pm lunch

For the rest I am just showing up. The more I read the more I find going to disney too planning intensive, too fraught with what I missed. Did that for my Disney cruise a while back and just decided we are staying too short to worry about it.

Just so you know, they are offering free dining to Disney Visa card holders and via pin codes during that time, so you may not be able to walk in to many places for meals.

I'm not sure if you knew about this. Enjoy your trip we'll be getting there on the 15th!

I guess I'm not worried. We eat breakfast in our room and dinners are already booked with reservations. Lunch is counterservice and I'm certain they will have plenty of food.
