Booked last year, do you get what QS was?

We booked the QS plan months ago in 2011 for a trip in 2012. The QS then had two snacks per day and now has one snack. Has anyone had a similar experience and were you allowed to have the two snack credits?

I remember we had a situation like this a few years ago with another DDP and they did allow us to have the benefits that were shown when we booked. From memory, I think the CM told us this when we checked in and informed us of the change.

I believe you get what is in effect on the day of arrival.

You may have booked in 2011, but even during 2011 -- The dining brochure listed that the 2012 plan would only include 1 snack. That brochure has been out since June 2011, I believe.

Sorry, but you get the 2012 allotments if you check in during 2012, no matter what the allotments were when you booked your trip.
