Booked last minute trip... Can we customise MBs?

I REALLY should know the answer to this.

We just booked our flights (couldn't resist, weekend with VA and UC only £200pp more than PE!!) and we leave in 39 days we are booking our accommodation in the next day or two and I just wondered if we could still customise MBs?

As you'll have to collect at the hotel you will be fine as they don't ship until about a week out.
