After going back and forth on different hotels FINALLY booked HoJo today basically from good reviews, breakfast, walking distance and RATE. Used the mousesavers 15% discount and got a Disney facing queen room for $367 for June 7-10th. My boys are older so the pirate pool isn't a factor but the reviews and location are what put this as the top one.

Figure we can watch for entertainment rate but wanted to make sure we had a room here. Any specific rooms to try and ask for or to stay away from?

Thanks....

Not sure, based on your post, if you're aware that HoJo does NOT have a free breakfast option.

Nope...looked at so many that did Candy Cane Inn, Desert Palm Inn & Suites. We will just buy stuff and eat in the room then I guess. Is this a good rate for this hotel?

I'm sorry, but I can't help you there as I've never stayed at HOJO but I checked the hotel my family will be staying in for a frame of reference and for 2 queen beds, 2 adults, 2 children staying in the room (across the street from DL entrance w/ breakfast and no discounts applied) it would be $339 total.

This is at Park Vue Inn, and so the hotel reviews aren't as gleaming as HOJOs, nor is the customer service, but my pocket book refuses to pay more for nicer people and more of a walk, and no breakfast included. That's just me and my family, though. HTH!!! :goodvibes

Thanks for the info...we are happy with the good reviews HoJo got compared to others in the area.

Do they have connecting rooms--this is something I want to avoid.

Yes, some of their rooms are connecting. But if you request that your room does not connect to any others they will do their best to accommodate you.

If you are staying for four nights, that is a good rate -- about $92 per day -- it's not great, but it certainly isn't too much.

Keep checking their message boards to find out if the ET rate comes available on your dates.
