? Booked free dining bounceback, need to change dates?

Will I lose my free dining if I make any changes? I need to bump it up a week, its still within the free dining time frame for the bounce back 2009. Did you call the normal CRO # or a diff one. I dont want to screw this up and lose the free dining aspect of it.

Yes and I think you may lose your bounceback all together possibly. Maybe not but I've heard that you can't change bouncebacks unless a hurricane or something.

If in same dates frame you can change if they have openings. I think you can call the normal phone number but if not they will give it to you or transfer you. Make sure you tell them it was a bounceback that will help them. Good luck. I have changed mine twice now so I know you can do it.

Yahhhhh!!! It was hard to know when DD started school next fall, there wasnt any info to be found when we were there in August. Now we will go again right before school starts and it really works out better all the way around.

So glad you were able to move yours...I moved ours in October with no problems, too because had booked for late September...then they came out with the birthday celebration promotion. So rebooked the free dining for beginning of September to arrive on my birthday (even with Labor Day weekend in the week!) AND added to people to our reservation with no problems. We were thrilled, too.
Have fun! And hopefully, they'll have the new dining reservation system up by March 2009 so we can get our pick of ADR's!

I had to change our 2008 bounceback free dining and then just last week made changes to our 2009 bounceback free dining.

Both times, the first CM told me there was nothing available. Then I explained that it was probably because the bounceback was no longer being offered. I very nicely asked if the CM could speak with someone in guest services.

After speaking with guest services, I was able to make the changes I wanted. Don't give up if they tell you no. Ask them to speak with someone else.
