Booked FP+ last night...........question....

Hi there! Well, after 3 hours of going through park hours, our binder, DH curling up in the fetal position on the floor thinking of throwing in the towel on booking, FP+ - we finally have some rides booked!

We are new to this and one of the things we did not like was that when we picked three rides - the system would only give us 4 options for ride times that it picked - is there any way to pick the ride times ourselves? Or to search if the time we want is available? I really didn't want to mess with it too much after all the time it took to do what we did........LOL

Our trip starts on June 5th with our first park day on the 6th.

Oh - and how did you all snag a FP+ for BOG? Did you get an email?

We select our fastpasses Wed.....and I'm nervous....my wife really wants to get a FP for Elsa and Anna meet and greet for our little girl.

The fast pass for Be Our Guest is separate. Go to www.beourguestlunch.disney.go.com to make your fast pass ressie for that. I'm not sure if June is open yet. They only opened the May fast passes this week.

Select 1 of the 4 options (recommended, A, B, or C) then you can change the times for the individual rides.

I don't see why the system just doesn't let you select the times you want for each ride. It definitely still needs work.

June 5th is open!! it looks like they are opening a day at a time,today was the 6th tomorrow will be the 7th...etc

Take a screen shot of your confirmation page because there is no confirmation email or #

also refresh the page with the times to get the time you want (it will change with each refresh)

When we went to do it - we picked our park. So let's say we are booking MK. We got to pick 3 rides that we wanted - or meet and greets, ect. The next page will show you 4 options for times of your picks. I was hoping to maybe have a list of times that we got to pick from to schedule around lunch, dinner, ect......

One word of advice for you is book Elsa and Anna ASAP. We don't need the FP for them, but I did comment to DH that if I had wanted it - it was only open for one day of our trip. This seems to be the "hot" meet and greet. GOOD LUCK!!! I hope you get it!!!!!!!!

I just feel kinda overwhelmed right now. I am sure I will get use to this just as I did legacy FP. Thank you so much for the BOG link to try for FP+! That is one meal that we just LOVED last trip!

I will continue to "tweak" or ride times to try to match what we really want. I am also hoping that since we bought PH tickets that we will soon be able to book a few more rides at another park each day.

Also hoping that the mine train gets put on here! I will be watching the boards like a hawk to see if anyone has booked it! LOL

Our time is 11:10 AM - we need to be at Big Thunder by 12:20......I booked our meals out here already - do you all think we will make that time ok???? UGH!!! I am thinking so - just looked to see what you guys think!

did you order your meals in advance? that will save you some extra time - i'd do that; it doesn't hurt and you can always change it.

I am having such a hard time doing the BOG lunch FP. It asks me for my Resort Reservation ID, but it won't take it. I have two letters in the reservation # that it will not recognize (it deletes letters immediately), and it doesn't accept just the numbers.

Look on the page of your MDE that shows your magic bands (where you pick the colors) and you will see the reservation you need without letters

Thank you! I went through but now it says there are no lunch FP available for the day we want (our actual anniversary day).

There weren't any on any of our trip days. I wonder if it's because we have a large (5) party?

Remember people whose trips start before yours have already had a chance, so better if you plan for Elsa and Anna a little later in your trip instead of on your first day, just in case.

Now I'll have to look for it! My first day is the 7th, but our anniversary is the 12th.
