Booked CRT Today, ? on timing

Yeah, I booked CRT on first try for this trip. Now here's the thing - it will be our first day at WDW. We're driving over from HRH so we can be there super early to check in. We have an 8:10 PS. Question 1 - how early will the resort monorail be running over to MK from GF?
Question 2 - we have to activate our APs at Guest Services. Will they be open in time for us to make our 8:10 AP?
