Booked BWV 12/09 - 12/16

We were able to book BWV studios with a preferred view 12/09, 12/12-12/16 . But, we had to waitlist 12/10 and 12/11 . When I was booking MS told me that there were a number of studios still available for 12/12 - 12/16, which was surprise to me. From what I have read on this board I thought that we were going to have to waitlist our whole stay since our home resort is SSR and we had to wait for the 7 month window to book. Hopefully we will get the other two days. If not, we will just split our stay between BWV and SSR.

Congrats! I'm waitlisted for 12/10 at BCV or BWV for 12/10. You've given me hope!

Good luck with getting 12/10 at either BCV or BWV. Since you waitlisted at the 7 month window I doubt that you will have problem getting the day you need, especially at BWV.

Glad you got your waitlist. We are going about the same time, I"m on waitlist for Dec 8th BWV. Have a prefared for that night, 9th thru the 13th BWV.

We snagged a BWV preferred studio 12/13 - 12/16. No studios avail on 12/17, so we splurged on a Boardwalk view 1 bedroom for 12/17 and 12/18. On 12/19 we have to leave to spend some quality time with all our retired relatives in Florida, flying home Christmas night.

We are not telling anyone we arrive in Florida on 12/13....they all think we are flying in on the 19th.

This is actually our first using our DVC points and the first time that we have been to WDW around Christmas. A co-worker of mine says that BWV and WDW as a whole is decorated beautifully for Christmas. So my DW and I can't wait to share this experience with our two boys.

We called at the 7 month window and got a BWV std. view studio for 12/15 and 12/16 to complete our December resy. The fact that they are Friday/Saturday nights probably made it easier.

My DW and I have been to WDW during Christmas time many times now. It's our favorite time to go! We like to visit and dine at the different resorts to see the different decorations and trees.
