Booked Bounce Back - Can I Change Resorts?

I booked a bounce back offer for Port Orleans Riverside, but I'm now second guessing my choice. Would it be possible to switch to a deluxe resort and keep the same offer? I didn't want to miss out on the bounce back, but I wasn't sure of where I wanted to stay so I booked moderate...now I'm sort of regretting it.

Yes, you can change resorts, provided the resort you want to change to is available under the BB offer. If a regular reservation CM isn't able to check availability or make the change, ask to speak to someone in Guest Services and they should be able to help you. Good luck.
