Booked August Flight on WestJet

That's a great rate! What are your dates (are you flying mid-week?) and when did you book your tickets?

Based on some of the high prices being chatted about on the Transportation board, I thought we were doing well at $289 pp return, direct both directions and including all taxes and fees. Your $240 pp is enviable .

Believe it or not, we booked mid March and we are leaving Saturday August 11 and return Sunday August 26. When I saw the rate so low I had to book without thinking about it. It's hard to believe that in October 2010, we paid under $800 for 5 of us. I think we had paid $150 pp.
