does anyone know if the pool is heated? do they have any other on site amentities such as a restaurant of putt putt? do they have a shuttle to disney or access to the ID trolley. thanks........

I heard they have a small "green" putt-putt. You have to rent clubs from the them -- it used to be $20 per family for the duration of the stay (?). They also have a games room, and a fitness room. And, you can use all the pools from CP or CPGV. I'm only going on what I've heard -- where staying there in 3 weeks time :cool1:

I just confirmed an exchange through RCI to Cypress Pointe. Anybody have any information to share?
I would like to know if there are non-smoking units if I request that. Also - we have the 3 BDR lockout unit. I have heard about the toilet not being in a separate room issue. Is that in both master bedrooms, or just the lockout one?
thanks!

We request non smoking and have always gotten them. The toilet issue is true for both master bedrooms. I never thought of it as a big deal. In the master of the 2 bedroom, however, you will also need to remember to close the drapes to the balcony since one of the bathroom walls is made entirely of mirrors and, boy, you could really be putting on a show for the resort if you leave those drapes open!

I don't know whether CP has a shuttle or not since we always rent a car. But it is literally 5 minutes to DTD and that's if you hit the lights! :moped: And while the resort doesn't have a restaurant on-site, there are a ton and a half within a 5 minute drive and a Winn Dixie around the corner.

For location, accomodation and price, it's hard to beat! :thewave:

YIKES!! :earseek:
That's what I consider important information! Thanks :)
We are a group of 4 friends going - that's why I was questioning the inconvenience of the toilet issue. It's not like it is husbands and wives! I mean they are my best friends and all, but you got to draw the line somewhere! :teeth:

The pool is heated in the off season. (we were there in Feb.) It wasn't heated enough for me! The kids jumped right in.
