Booked a little love with my hubby!

Since both my father and DH's mother are coming with us, we figured we could sneak away for a romantic dinner.

I booked California Grill - it's for 9:30pm, but I don't mind the time since the only thing we will miss with the kiddos is putting them to bed

I know DH will order sushi - which is why I booked this. But, what's your favorite non-fish dinner? I only eat crab and shrimp otherwise.

Also, do you think I could arrange some sort of romantic surprise? DH worked really hard to finish an addition to our house and I want to thank him for his hard work over the last four years

the only non-fish dinner we like is steak...and Cali's is pretty good.

As for the romantic surprise...well, the only kind my hubby would want would involve having a hotel room to ourselves for the night, lol.
