Booked 5+2,then bought AP-need help

I booked with the 5+2 deal in Oct. We are staying Oct.24-Nov.1. Then we decided to purchase an annual pass since we are going to squeeze in more than one trip this year. I only purchased one until we see if there are any codes that come out. My problem is that if I switch my ressie now to a room only ressie, its going to cost me more money because we booked the 5+2. What do I do now? If codes come out, I will have to book a new ressie, then cancel the other one. What do I do if I can't get an AP discount, but I have this package booked that includes my UPH's-which I don't need(for me). I am so confused now. Maybe I'm just sleep deprived from getting up early everyday to see if any codes come out. Please help.

can you maybe take yourself off the 5+2 ressie and leave dh on as the ressie holder? and if later it is cost effective to book w/the ap code, switch it then? or, do not activate your annual pass 'til after your october vacation and plan yet another trip w/in a year of when you activate it?

i'm sure someone w/more expertise will come along and offer add'l solutions!

This happened to me last yr when they had the Fairytale Pkg. I had an AP but everyone else did not. The CM told me that If I excluded myself off the reservation I really would not save any money since 3 nights were free. I really think he double talked me because by the time I hung up I was really confused, so I just kept the reservation I originally had.
