Book your next vacation while there…and get free dining?

I read something about this some time ago that at select resorts, if you book your next vacation while you are there, they will throw in the dining plan for free.

Can someone please provide more details about this?

Is this only if you stay at those specific resorts they are offering it at? (which ones are they offering it at?)

Is it for 2008 vacations or just simply your next visit even if it's in the same year?

When is this program going on (how long, dates, etc.)?

My understanding was that it is only for trips from mid-August (2007) through about the end of September (2007). Not just any dates, only the dates when in the past they have offered free dining.

If you are staying at a WDW resort between now and Dec 31st (and they do check) you can go by either the Beach Club or PORS (or call a special number which is on any of your receipts) and book a stay with an arrival date on or between August 5th and Sept 29th, 2007. A one night deposit must be made on or prior to your check-out date (I believe by 10:00pm that night) and must be prior to January 1st. The arrival dates must be prior to or on Sept 29th, but the trip can last into October.

I booked mine 1 1/2 weeks ago and will be there Sept 29th-Oct 7th. The CM said that the free dining packages will be severely limited this year due to both visitors and restaraunts complaints. He also said alot of people were flying down to WDW in Dec for just a day or two in order to just book the free dining and that the response was already much greater than they anticipated.

we booked the Bounce back while we were on vacation in November.

We are staying 9 nights @ POR end of Sept. and did have to make a $200 deposit. You must be staying on site to be able to participate. I think depending on the turn out, they still may make this available to the public in April like last year. Keeping my fingers crossed for other to enjoy also

I agree 100% with this, we just booked the bounce back on Friday and were told the exact same thiing about people coming in just for the day to get the bounce back. The program went over 100% better then they expected it to.
It will be interesting to see if/how they open it up to the public. Perhaps for a shorter sign on period then in other years (maybe only a week or so).

We booked ours by calling Central Reservations while at FW last week. The offer is good for all resorts except camping sites. We booked WL for 5 nights with free dining for $850.00 That price was with a 1 day park hopper for each of us.
