The recent podcast with the coverage of that horror flick taking place at Disney made me wonder.

If I had a book in which I used various parts of Disney as the setting, how would Disney legal view that?

I'm not entirely sure they would care?

Cory Doctorow published a book called "Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom" which is set at the Magic Kingdom for some point in the future.

The major setting of the book is the Haunted Mansion and Adventureland/Liberty Square.

If you're interested in a futuristic dystopianish story, you can download all of his stuff for free as he releases them via a Creative Commons licence. Do that here: http://craphound.com/down/?page_id=1625

Ridley Pearson's Kingdom Keepers series (YA) was not only written about Disney but published by them under Hyperion.

I am sure there are more.
