Book WBC now or wait?

I currently have a reservation at the Embassy Suites LBV South for the last week in May. I am having a hard time deciding between keeping this reservation or booking a 2 bedroom at Bonnet Creek. On one hand, I like the idea of staying in a hotel where there is breakfast and housekeeping, but on the other hand I can't get over the pictures of Bonnet Creek and how beautiful the condos and resort are, and all of the activities they have. I would plan to stay an extra day just at the resort, with no parks, just to enjoy it if we were to stay there.

If I'm liking the idea of Bonnet Creek more and more, I'm wondering if I should book now or wait until 60 days prior, when I may be able to get better deals. Either way, I still have my Embassy Suites reservation and I can cancel that up to the last minute, so we'll have somewhere to stay regardless. I don't know how busy this week will be, it is the week of Memorial Day, so I don't know if that's likely to get booked or not. I think we'd be happy wherever we stay though, I like both the Embassy Suites and Bonnet Creek for different reasons. Anyone taken the chance and regretted it? Or does it tend to be better to wait until 60 days prior?

We book the Embassy Suites as a back-up and start following WBC (and other resorts like Silver Lake, Vistana, Cypress Pointe and Grand Beach) on eBay as our vacation draws near. Embassy Suites is cancelable up to 3 days before check-in with no penalty. We have always found a great timeshare resort to rent for less than we would have paid at Embassy Suites and use the money we saved to pay for breakfast that is included at Embassy Suites. We appreciate the extra space and amenities offered at the timeshare resorts, especially the washer & dryer, full kitchen and pools.
