Book S/P/D Directly or through TA?

Just wondering if it is better to book directly with WDW or through a TA. We have always used Dreams Unlimited (8 trips) for all of our Disney vacations but this time my DU S/P/D quote for a standard room (POR) is the same as pool view on the WDW site (WDW site doesn't even give me the standard room option). Does anyone know if DU charges a premium is that why the standard room price they are quoting is as much as a pool view?

There is no extra fee. If you were only getting Pool View than more than likely the agent was also getting pool view. Travel Agents don't have any other access to availability than you do.
