Book RPR or wait

I see a lot have already booked here for next year, and checking later to see AAA rates, if you cancel and rebook with AAA do they not charge you for cancelling.
So, should i book now for next July, or wait till AAA rates come out and book.

I would book now. What have you got to lose? You can always rebook if you find a lower price.
