My inlaws treated us to a family vacation last september (free dining! ). Well I'm hooked. We'd like to return the last week in August. My question is should I book the trip myself or use a travel agent. Whats the ups/ downside of both. Would we save any money doing it ourselves? We really had to watch over the agent we used she didn't offer the free dining (we found out about it on our own, in addition to a $400 credit). Once we let her know about it she did change the package , yet stated that she didn't think it was a great deal ! I assumed she was going to loose money changing our package because she wasn't too enthusiatic about it.

We do plan on booking a package. I'd appreciate any of your expert advice.

Thanks :earsgirl:

I personally love the convenience of a travel agent - one phone call or email and my trip is booked.

I highly recommend that you use a Disney specialist travel agent, they are always on top of the discounts.

Send me a PM if you want the name of my agent.
