Book A Villa with no feedback

I am getting ready to book a villa at Sunset Lakes, but they do not have any feedback.

Do you think it is to risky?

I looked at their availability and they are really getting booked.

Not all owners have the facility to have feed back on their website and as anyone can leave a comment I for one - am not convinced of the value but that's jmo .If you like the home and the price is right then go ahead .You can check the ownership via the county site and ask for the management company details to ask any questions you have .

As Jans comment-many websites dont have guest feedback on line-it cant be authenticated unless you phone the past guest!?So I dont think this is a risk factor.
Some homeowners dont keep their availability calendars up to date or even have any - I dont.So always check they have your dates available.

Sunset Lakes is a wonderful community. I am sure you will be very happy staying there.

A lot of times owners do not have feedback on their homes. The first time we rented I was clueless and everything worked out fine. Do not take it as a bad sign if the owner does not have feedback.

What is the name of the home? I may be able to give you some feedback. Also, how did you find the home?
