Bonus freebies from DCL

like the litho thread which are given out on special cruises, does anyone else have any cool freebies from DCL?

What triggered this was I was repurposing a piece of furniture and found these napkins from our Hawaii cruise:)View attachment 187763
That's cool. We didn't get those on our Oct Hawaii cruise. Can't recall right off hand what we got, but I know we got something.

On one of our cruises we got a little box, shaped like an old-time leather suitcase with decals from foreign locations. Another cruise we got a glass candy bowl. I'll have to see if I can find them and take a picture.

I received those too!! Gee, I forgot all about them. I'll have to dig them out. That was an awesome cruise.

I am not convinced we will ever have a cruise to top it, I can still remember sailing in to the first island:)
Yep. The helicopter dropping, what we figured out later, must have been flowers.
Pierre the head of food services passing out coffe and pasties to us crazy people who were waiting in line at 6am to buy the limited edition pins. Ducky Williams being on the cruise. The great entertainment. And of course the islands!!! Trip of a lifetime.

In May 2012 we were on the inaugural 9-night NYC sailing and we received a few special-sailing gifts in our stateroom. I have pictures of 2 of the items; a clock and a signed print by Don Williams who made the art just for our sailing.

This is the back of the clock. I just noticed that it's also specific cruise date labeled.

At the Sail Away Party they gave everyone these big Mickey hands with the DCL logo and the date of our cruise on them. Everyone onboard was waving them, and there were a ton of people at the piers waving back at us. It was the most fun sail away ever; helicopters flying all over taking pictures, news channels helicopters, tons of boats in the water sailed us out to sea.

We're doing this same sailing in October. I can't wait! I love the Magic. :sunny:

For our 2015/2016 New Year's cruise on the Magic, we got a New Year's lithograph, plastic New Year's party hats and horns, and a nice box of candy.

It was only a 3-night cruise & we were in a standard inside stateroom, so the special treats were definitely due to the holiday. I didn't know about special occasion lithographs at the time, so I found that gift especially unexpected and touching. A nice bit of pixie dust to top off our first cruise.

What the heck kind of a cruise were you on that they gave out pasties?????:rotfl2::rotfl2:

OMG!!! Club Disney Chandler! hilarious!! :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

On our Pixar cruise in 2012, we received a hardcover book of Pixar art and Animation. We went back one month later (not Pixar) had a problem with the stateroom and another Pixar book was left on our bed as a thanks for understanding gift. So, now we have 2.

From that same Hawaii cruise we won this, our DDs favorite charecter, during Ducky's presentation/life story. image.jpeg

I'm trying to remember some of the freebies I received... Aside from all the various lithographs I also received a keepsake box that looked like a suitcase on my 2010 WBTA cruise. On my Fantasy Maiden voyage I received free champagne glass, collector coin and a nice package with all the menus at the end of the cruise. On the Pixar Cruise I received a free Pixar book. I don't remember what cruise (maybe 2014 WBTA) but I also received a game tin with playing cards. On some of these same cruises and others I also received the Mickey hand for the sail away party. I think that's it.
