Long story short, my family won a trip to Disney.
As part of the prize, we get a bonus FP+ for Wishes viewing.
Question- if we finish our other 3 FP+s for that day, will we be able to book more before Wishes or do we have to wait for all 4 to be done?

Well...
It is unlikely that the FP that you will be given for Wishes will be connected to the
rest of your FPs at all, so it is doubtful that the Wishes FP will affect anything at all
regarding the regular "3, then one-at-a-time" FP system.
That Wishes FP will be a sort of stand-alone entitlement.
