Bonnet creek

Hi, can anyone tell me when the Fairfield Bonnet Creek site will open?
What's it like, has anyone seen it, can anyone recommend it?

I don't know much about it as we only accidentally drove by it last weekend (in search of the Sand Trap Bar), and it looked as if it were almost finished.
