It sounds kind of high to me. We are renting out a 3 bedroom for $1100 or $1200 during Prime season and I even thought that sounded high but the people renting it are willing to pay it. The hard part would be finding someone with a unit for rent this late. I checked the Wyndham site and right now the units are all booked for that week. I know Gerrit Brouwer (?sp) is an active member of the Wyndham board and he rents out lots of points through his website,
http://www.leisure.stlgo.com/. I have also heard Ken Price's name thrown out on these boards alot. I would check with those two and see if they have anything first. I would make sure the person on EBAY has a lot of positive feedback. Make sure they get a guest certificate in your name right away also. Good luck. It is one of our favorite Wyndham resorts to stay at. Here is Ken Price's website link,
