I have found a 2 bedroom at Bonnet Creek from July 2 - July 9 for $1,150 on ebay. Is this a good deal or is there a place to get an even better one?

It sounds kind of high to me. We are renting out a 3 bedroom for $1100 or $1200 during Prime season and I even thought that sounded high but the people renting it are willing to pay it. The hard part would be finding someone with a unit for rent this late. I checked the Wyndham site and right now the units are all booked for that week. I know Gerrit Brouwer (?sp) is an active member of the Wyndham board and he rents out lots of points through his website, http://www.leisure.stlgo.com/. I have also heard Ken Price's name thrown out on these boards alot. I would check with those two and see if they have anything first. I would make sure the person on EBAY has a lot of positive feedback. Make sure they get a guest certificate in your name right away also. Good luck. It is one of our favorite Wyndham resorts to stay at. Here is Ken Price's website link, http://vacationupgrades.com/pricing.html . Here is a copy of his pricing.

There is unlikely to be a lot of 60-day inventory for that week. A quick check of the Wyn owners site shows that BC is fully booked over the weekend of the 4th, and that's pretty close average cost for a typical Wyndham owner. So, I think it is a fair price---actually, more than fair. Ken would charge $1400 for that week based on his price list. I don't know what Gerrit would charge.

You are free to look around to see if you can do better, and you might, but it will take some doing.

Edited: there are some over at Redweek that are about $100 less than you have right now. If you want to save substantially more, you'll have to roll the dice a little bit.
