Bonnet Creek vs. Windsor Hills

We have stayed at Bonnet Creek twice (in-laws are own there) and love it! It's so close to so many things. I know WH is just a few minutes more of a drive, but you don't have to worry about traffic at BC. I've seen some good deals for BC on e-bay.

Definitely need a car there, but we often took the shuttle. We especially liked taking the shuttle to the park and taking a cab back to the resort. It's about the same cost as paying for parking.

The Pres. Suite at BC is AWESOME. If you have a chance to stay there, go for it.

You may find Wyndham owners on the forums at www.WyndhamOwners.org - look in the "I have points to rent" or "I have a reservation for rent" forum listings. Since Wyndham Bonnet Creek is a points-based timeshare, it may be difficult to obtain specific reservation dates if you are inquiring too close to your travel dates. Sometimes, it can be easier to locate an owner with a particular reservation already booked, who is willing to rent it out. There's a forum at that website which permits postings asking to rent specific Wyndham reservations.

How did you get it for $100 a night at BC. Are you in a 2 bedroom?

For this year's Windsor Hills rental we found an owner through vrbo.com. She has been extremely pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. I am completely confident in the service she is providing. She does have her own website. It is vacation-rentals4u.com (sorry my hyperlink option isn't working ). We are staying in the Tommy Bahama style condo. It has been recently painted and has had ceiling fans and more art work added. The owner has said that it is even more beautiful than the pictures. I am very excited to see it. I would be more than happy to post pics when we get back.

For our Bonnet Creek rental. We rented from an owner that we personally know; one of my very good friends is an owner. If you have a serious inquiry PM me and I can ask her if she would want your contact info.

The location is excellent. You're right by SR536 to quickly take you out to restaurants and the outlet malls with a minimum of traffic. You're just down the road from Downtown Disney (we could see the top of the Cirque building from our balcony). It only took minutes to get to the resorts the days we had breakfast reservations at Boma and Kona.

We just got back and absolutley loved Bonnet Creek! We sat on our balcony every night and watched the fireworks from both Magic Kingdom and Epcot. We paid $90 a night through ebay, but the same 2BR/2BA unit went for $300 a week prior to Christmas from the same seller (kwksprop) for the week before we went. He's a VIP member.

www.sellmytimesharenow.com and saved alot of money!!!

Im really excited I heard the place was really great and the price was so much better then booking threw the resort. We save over $900.00!!!!

Hi, I'm actually an owner at BC. We get points every other year which pretty much equates to having two weeks in a two bedroom suite. We usually go every year for a week in Nov/Dec. This year we ended up with having to use our two weeks (or else transfer the points to RCI). I wound up booking two units for Thanksgiving 2009 in hope to get some friends with kids to go with us. So far, I'm not having any luck & may consider just renting it out. I think they are all booked for Tgiving week at this point.

Anyhow, we absolutely LOVE it there. We've been owners since it opened & have the best time when we stay there. You can't go wrong at BC!!
