Bonnet Creek using Citibank rewards points

So we are booked into Bonnet Creek using Citibank rewards points for 4 nights in Sept. Has anyone else used thier points for a BC 2 bedroom? I am nervous we will end up in on the bottom floor in a dark corner somewhere - but hey - it saves us cash for other things...right??!! :confused

Anywya - Is there any way to call in advance for room requests? We have another family that we are firends with staying on site and would like to be somewhat close to them if possible.

WBC does not take request for room placement. You may ask at check in for a certain location - but no guarantee you will be accommodated. Most folks want a firework view - so that is probably the hardest to obtain. Which ever family checks in first can make the request that the two families be in the same building - but once again it is nothing you can count on though I would like to think the front desk would try to honor your request but a lot depends on the day you check in and what is vacant at that time. Also whether the front desk staff is willing to make the effort. It never hurts to be friendly rather than demanding.
