Bonnet Creek Resort?

I noticed this new resort (located near the Caribbean Beach and OKW- east of Epcot) being built. Anyone have details?

no- i dont think its pop cent, we drove past that a while back. this semed much more low key. seems to be a golf resort, given the name lol. Theres a large sign and construction traffic, though, so it is definately going up.

As far as I know, this Bonnet Creek project is not owned by WDW.

I saw that construction too this past week. From what I understand, that is not Disney property, and it will be some sort of Condo/Timeshare resort.

Oh, I saw those signs and construction entrance when we were driving around in Nov. and Feb. I had no idea that was non-Disney construction.
