Bonnet Creek resort???

During my last WDW trip while going to DTD I saw signs for the Bonnet Creek Resort. What is this place? I've never heard of it. Is it park of the DTD resort circle? Thanks!!!
 
It is a time share resort owned by Wyndham which used to be Fairfield. It is on a piece of land that is surrounded by Disney property on 3 sides.
