Bonnet Creek Rental help

This will be our first time not staying onsite and I am a bit nervous. I read several threads on here and followed the advise, but I am still uneasy.

I read about Ken Price so I contacted him (seems like a great guy) and he quoted me 555 for our 4 nights in a 2 bedroom (Feb 10 -14). I also searched on ebay and almost every one was in the 450 -555 price range. But there is one that offered me it for 325. She has 100 % positive feedback, but only about 5 from rentals.

So my question is how safe is ebay sellers and would you go with the cheaper or just book Ken since he is well known. I don't want to get there and not have any place to stay. It just seems to good to be true.

I have never rented points from eBay or anyone else. I own Bonnet (full retail of course). But everyone who has rented from Ken has nothing but good things to say about him. I'd go with the safe bet and rent from Ken.

I have never had a problem with any Bonnet Creek reservation. I've bought through ebay and through third parties.

That said, when you buy through ebay, you have eBay buyer protection included. You also use PayPal, which affords buyer protection. You can also check the feedback and activity of the seller.

Because of the above, I always feel a bit more confident buying through ebay than through a third party I learned about somewhere else.

In the end, you will have do decide what makes you the most comfortable
