I've been trying to get an idea of Bonnet Creek rates for a 3 bedroom. I can barely get any dates to show, if at all, on their calendar, even when I just put in random dates at times of the year which usually reflect similar rates. So I'm just curious...what have you paid for a 3 bedroom at Bonnet Creek? Particularly if you've gone in January/February?

I would check out the "We loooooove Bonnet Creek" thread and they will tell you who to look at for reservations and costs (Its NOT the official website). We got a 2 bedroom for 999 for 7 nights in May as kind of a starting point for you. You can also look on vrbo for an idea of costs.

get a quote from vacation strategy for a couple of different date. They will email you the quote pretty quick.

Just like hotels have peak seasons, timeshares do as well. Jan and Feb tend to be peak/high point requirement times so you may not feel as if you are getting as good of a “deal”. Just wanted to throw that out there as a Wyndham owner. Nonetheless, we LOOOVVVEEE Bonnet Creek. Check eBay. Sometimes there are discounted weeks there or on the last minute thread on TUG

Interesting, I've never seem Jan/Feb referred to as high/peak season. We've always traveled during that time for the last 20 years and I definitely feel the "value" seasons are disappearing, but I definitely don't feel it's peak! Hmm... (we avoid the major events and holidays during that time)

I think it’s because a lot of people from up north come down south to escape the bitter cold. I think weeks 1-6 are Prime and 7-14 may be High IIRC. Nonetheless, you can still get a good deal on eBay or TUG. There was a Feb week this morning in a 3BR presidential for $700 for the week. These are last minute deals but they do exist if you are flexible.
