I am looking into renting four night from someone at WBC in November. It is a 1 bedroom presidential reserve room according to the renter. Are there are water slides that kids can do? My 3 year old is 38-39 inches without shoes and he loves them. I just need to know what area to steer clear of if he can't do them because he is on the spectrum and it would be very upsetting to him to see a water slide and not be able to do it. Also, what buildings are located closest to the kids splash areas? Thanks!

The only building with 1 bedroom presidential is building 6 and it is currently down for rehabitation - update, etc. It is my understanding you can only go on the slides if you know how to swim. No life jackets, swim wings, etc. are allowed. The slide near building 3 dumps into the pool so kids have to be able to swim to the side of the pool.
The other slide is in the pirate pool by building 6 and is currently closed while they work on the building. I believe it has the same rules even though it just dumps into the end of the slide and not into the pool. The pirate pool slide
is covered so you cannot see what is going on while the child slides down. Both slides have employees managing them when they are open.

Are there kids splash areas? Also, can someone point me to pictures and/or video of a 1 bedroom presidential? Thanks!

There are water slides at the Tower 6 (Pirate) pool and Tower 3. There is a height requirement, and I believe it is either 44" or 48", so I don't think he's going to be allowed on the slides.

All of the pools except the pool at Tower 4 are zero entry, so he'd be fine in any of those. There are nice lazy rivers at the Tower 5 pool and the pool at the Main Building, and free tubes are provided at both of those.

He'll have a great time at any of the pools except Tower 4 -- lots of kids to play with, and also some kids activities to enjoy.
