Bonnet Creek Question

ok I have read about half of these pages, and am so confused. We plan to be at Disney in July, I am interested in staying at Bonnet Creek however, I am confused on the way the pricing works.
If I book now at the $200 a night, am I guarenteed to be changed to the $120 at 60 days out? Can someone please explain to me how this works? I did contact Ken on Friday evening but have not heard back from him

The only price you are guaranteed is the one you get when you book. The great deals people get are from actual Wyndham owners with VIP - Plat status. When a unit is booked within the 60 day window it can be booked at 1/2 point value and is eligible for free upgrades.

After an owner makes the initial reservation, they can continue looking for point discounts and/or upgrades to be able to lower the price of the room. If they get a better deal they are free to pass the savings on or not.
