Does anyone know about Bonnet Creek Ebay auctions?

Specifically, if there is an auction for Bonnet Creek on specific days (for example, August 17-23) coming up soon, has the owner already booked the room and need to rent it out or lose points?

The auction does not say that dates can be changed.

Usually the dates are pre-booked by the owner. Note, the reservation can be cancelled by the owner 15 days before check in without a penalty. So if you are thinking you can get it for cheap, you can ask the owner, but the owner does have usually the end of the year to use their points (December 31st).

They can cancel and rebook at a later date. The only exception would be if their points expire August 31, 2013 and they would have to use the points or bank them into RCI (for future use)
