Bonnet Creek Catch release shore fishing

Can anyone tell me if catch and release fishing is allowed from the Bonnet Creek. Looks like there is a large body of water there and I would think it would maybe have some bass in there. Hubby loves to fish while we like more action. We have rented pool homes in areas like Sunset Lakes and Emerald Islands before to get the best of both worlds but I like the many options for the kids at Bonnet Creek. Please help TYIA

I believe it says no fishing all around the pond. A lot of the pond is a wildlife preserve area.
