It depends on the time of the year. I am a Wyndham owner and during high season we must stay 3 nights. During the rest of the year it depends on availability. I have stayed 2 nights at other Wyndham properties but you still pay the same cleaning fee as someone who stays 7 nights. So your per night cost is greater. Just like Disney. - the longer you stay (park tickets) the less your cost is per day.
