Bonnet creek available for last min trip

I am not sure if can post this here, if I can't please let me know.
I am going to Bonnet Creek the week after Thanksgiving. I have a 2 bedroom condo for the Sun to Fri and our family is only going to be there until Tues so it will be empty Wed to Friday. If anyone wants to share with me I would like to consider it. I am thinking I would ask $68 for the two nights total ($34 dollars a night!). Someone could enjoy the Christmas Parade taping since I can't at a great price.

You may want to come to an agreement on who will pay the cleaning fee between parties, or make it clear that the "renters" will need to wash their own sheets and towels before use.

You would also need to address the damage deposit issue. Will the resort let you remove your credit card when you leave and use the "renters"?

And if this was obtained from an RCI exchange, their policies would allow you to gift the time, but not charge any rent.

It sounds complicated to do, though a nice offer.
