Bongo's : when do make reservations??

Do I wait until the day I go? I know there's no PS's,so when do I
make my reservations?

DD15 and I are going there for lunch on the day we see Cirque. I don't know that you have to make ressies. When I was making my other PS's they told me that you just show up!

If that doesn't work, I'll let you know. We leave in 9 days!
