Bones found in Anthony neighborhood

Fox 35 news is reporting what appears to be a "small child's" body has been found.

Ugh! This story just breaks my heart. Why can't people just leave kids alone?

The bones were wrapped in plastic and secured with duct tape. They were found in a wooded area about a block from the Anthony home by a meter reader. It is not just bones. It is a badly decomposed body.

It was in a heavily wooded area. Now they have Leonard P on the phone. "I was told a body had been found, and I asked if it was in a plastic bag. I was told it was".

We all know that she was "gone", so it is a relief that she is 'found'. Maybe there will be some justice for Caylee. It is so sad. Anyone in the world would have given that beautiful child a loving home.

The area is a very densely wooded area. There is no sidewalk that runs along that side of the road. It actually borders an elementary school. Either they didn't think the body would be left so close to home. Of course, there are literally dozens of wooded, swampy areas close to most neighborhoods in the Orlando area. There is no way they could all be searched.

The have talked with both Padilla and Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch. They asked if the area was searched. They both said no. No one thought she would be that close to the family home.

It's about time. I knew from the beginning that she wouldn't be alive. Not that I wouldn't be greatful and amazed if she was found alive, but one of those gut instincts have said she wouldn't be alive.

They also didn't search quite that close to the house because they were going off cell phone records of which tower and where she was at certain times during that time frame. They did search fairly close to the house, but just so much wooded area really made it hard to pick just one spot.

If it is her, casey's up for death row. It'll be the second woman in florida. But she deserves just as much punishment for what she did to an innocent little girl.

Cases just like this make it difficult for me to be against the death penalty...

cause I could pull the switch on this woman without a second thought.....

That poor baby.... like dawn said .. there are so many who would have given that child a good/safe home.... to think her own mother ... just sickening

A few years ago, there was a man who hung himself in a wooded area not far from my aunt's home. I drove past that spot so many times before the body was discovered. I always wondered how I never saw it.

I just pray that the family can find closure. This has been going on for so long. I'll be thinking about all of them.

So many would have loved to have taken care of that sweet child if her mother didn't want her.

I thought that too. If the remains aren't Caylee's that means that they are another child's. It's sad because either way a family will be changed forever.

This makes me physically ill. As a woman who was never able to have a baby, it defies imagination how a mother could hurt, let alone kill, her own child.

I pray that this baby didn't suffer too long at the hands of her own mother. She is with God now.

Hopefully Casey Anthony will be put to death for this.
