I have been all over the place deciding the best way to cook the bird this year, but have made a final decision. I am going to spring for two six pound boneless turkey breasts. They are organic, Plainville farm turkey's. I love the idea of no carcass to deal with later!
Has anyone ever cooked one of these, and do have any tips for me? Thanks!
