Headed to Bon Voyage in 2 weeks....I've seen/read several reviews where they couldn't decide on an entree cause they're all so good and their server brought them more than one. Although it's not advertised.....has anyone ever had this experience? TIA!

Have you tried messaging some of those reviewers, or even posting responses in those threads? I've heard of guests at California Grill Brunch sometimes being able to get more than one entrée, but not Bon Voyage.

But then, I don't usually read dining reviews :).

Have you eaten there?

We have eaten at both and we were never offered additional entrees at Bon Voyage breakfast, but we didn't ask either.

At California Grill Brunch my husband and I each had our own entree and got a lobster benedict to split. We were offered multiple entrees at California Grill Brunch. We didn't have to ask.

they give you a dish of pastry before breakfast and there was one in particular that we all LOVED (it was snowflake shaped) . Anyway we asked if we can get a couple of more of that one, and the waiter was super sweet and brought more over to the table. I'm not sure if that's the norm or not, but it was for sure much appreciated. :)

We went to Bon Voyage in early June and were not offered multiple entrees. My youngest daughter barely touched her food and wasn't offered anything else.

We have eaten there twice in the last year. My son is 9 and a big eater. The kids menus wasn’t really enough food for him and he cleaned his plate. Both times the waitress offered to bring him more. We did not ask for extra. They brought more of what he had been eating (Mickey waffles and bacon). On a side note he has gluten and dairy food allergies and doesn’t really care for the allergy pastry offerings, so that may be why they offered more of the main entree.

We ate there. We were not offered multiple entrees, but when we requested a second serving they did so happily.

This was not the case in other restaurants, specifically CRT. My daughter had one strip of bacon with her eggs and potatoes and asked for more. Was refused. She even offered to trade her wishing star for more bacon and was not happy lol

I have had breakfast there, and it seemed pretty clear it was one main per person. They would bring more of the pastries.

Cali Grill brunch is an AYCTE. You can get whatever you want.

TaF is not. One entree is $40. Not sure what the waitstaff does undercover.

Buh...gah...it was sun-shaped and representing the symbol of Corona! Jk (I mean it is but I'm not upset about it). And I think bringing out more pastries is the norm if asked. I didn't ask because I wanted to save room for my enormous breakfast calzone.

Back to the OP, more than one main entree is NOT the norm, however I have also seen plenty of reviews as well where such a thing has happened. This is all dependent on your server (and possibly current management that day). You can try asking and a little bit of fairy dust may come your way. Or it may not
