BUT HOW DOES IT TASTE?
I read somewhere that the prime rib at Boma's is spit-fired. Not sure what that means, but was wondering is that the same as the prime rib at CP. I like theirs. I always thought they (CP) called it wood-roasted. Now I'm not sure what to think. Is it the same thing, or totally different. I'm going with my DH's family in the spring and my DMIL is picky. She didn't like the meat at CP, but loved it @ CM. I don't know how they prepare the prime rib at CM, but it tastes more like traditional prime rib, whereas the prime rib @ CP definetly has a woody flavor.
I've heard so many good things about Boma's, but I don't want to take her (my DMIL) and get in trouble if she doesn't like the meat. HELP!!!
