Yield: 5/8 pound

Ingredients:

¼ pound Granulated Sugar
1/8 pound Kosher Salt
¼ ounce Dry Basil Leaves
1/16 pound Paprika
1/16 pound Mesquite Seasoning
1/16 pound Black Pepper, ground
1/16 pound Ground Garlic
1/16 pound Ground Cumin



Method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and coat prime rib one day in advance.

This sounds great! I love ribs, but I haven't had them in a while since I've been doing Weight Watchers. Bet this rub would work well on other meats or poultry too.
